Redrow Homes is launching its newest scheme of properties in Exeter with a bang this weekend. The Harringtons is in Pinhoe, on the outskirts of the popular Devon city, and on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st March, house-hunters are invited to a special event taking place between 11.00am and 4.00pm and to see the new marketing suite and no fewer than three show homes.

Visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee courtesy of local businessman Matthew Whittaker and his BikeCaffe Quad and bake and decorate cupcakes in a show home kitchen with local baker Bridget's Cakes, so all the family can have fun while finding out more about the development.

With beautiful Devon countryside on the doorstep, The Harringtons will eventually comprise 230 new homes, with a proportion given over to affordable homes. Prices range from £239,995 to £379,995 for the collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes available on the open market.

Emma Solman, area sales manager for Redrow (South West), said: "We are so excited about this new development and are looking forward to welcoming local residents over the Easter weekend. By involving local businesses, we wanted to bring a little bit of Exeter to Redrow - and vice versa! Pinhoe is a beautiful part of the country and The Harringtons has been designed to create a superb range of family homes that captures the essence of traditional housebuilding and will provide another example of quality and workmanship synonymous with Redrow.

She adds: "We have brought the underutilised brownfield site, formerly the Brick Works, back to life and in doing so will make a vital contribution to Exeter's housing demand. As with all Redrow developments we will also be making substantial contributions to the local area in the form of a £810,000 education contribution and £800,000 contribution to highway and sustainable transport improvements. This well-placed development is bound to prove popular, so make sure you come along to our launch event and register your interest to make sure you get pick of the plots!"
