Top regional housebuilder Antler Homes, currently the proud holder of the What House? Small Housebuilder of the Year crown, is adding to its portfolio of new homes in Hampshire with an exclusive development in Horndean. Peacock Gardens unveils a brand new show home on Good Friday, 29th March and is open all over the Easter Bank Holiday.

Peacock Gardens comprises just 14 three-bedroom homes in a semi-rural setting close to woodland. Each home boasts a stylish and contemporary interior specification mixed with traditional exterior design and is set in landscaped communal areas and gardens. Master bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes, an en suite and a large feature window while there is access to the rear gardens through bi-fold doors from the kitchen or living room. Every home comes with a private driveway with space enough for two cars. Prices start at £350,000.

Richard Brooks at Reeds Rains estate agents says: "These properties are sure to spark the interest of a variety of house hunters in the area. With the show home opening Easter Weekend, from 10.00am to 5.00pm, it is the perfect time for individuals to come and see for themselves what the development has to offer."

Chris Warner, sales and marketing director for Antler Homes, adds: "Antler Homes is delighted to be building in the Hampshire again. Peacock Gardens has been planned to offer homeowners contemporary properties built with the highest specifications characteristic of an Antler home. Superbly situated in a friendly town, the development also benefits from a number of excellent schools located nearby."

This time, just twelve homes will be built on the site, a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties with stylish interiors, private parking and a tranquil semi-rural location.

Warner adds: "We have an excellent reputation in Hampshire for our distinguished attention to detail and Elmcote will be no exception. We are expecting these homes to be in high demand and we are pleased to be bringing something new, something different and something special to the area."
