Housebuilder Lovell and Muse Developments are offering northeastern home buyers who reserve a home at the company's Vivo development a £3,000 garden design package deal. Buyers who reserve a home before the end of July at Vivo on Northshore Road, Stockton-on-Tees, will gain a £2,000 landscaping package for a professional garden design, and a £1,000 gift voucher.

Located in a spot overlooking the River Tees and the pedestrian and cycle footbridge Infinity Bridge, which was part of a recent £320m redevelopment programme on the north bank of the Tees, Vivo is a kilometre away from Stockton town centre.

"We're helping homebuyers get ready for summer by the riverside with a £3,000 outdoor lifestyle package," said Anita Onal, sales adviser for Lovell at Vivo. "This includes £2,000 of professional garden design, which buyers can use to create their ideal garden ready for when they move in."

The offer aims to appeal to buyers keen to personalise their outdoor space. "Buyers will also receive £1,000 in gift vouchers to spend on garden furniture and a barbecue, so they can enjoy summer in their new home from day one," adds Onal. "Homebuyers are encouraged to visit sooner rather than later, as we have a limited number of homes available, and our outdoor lifestyle package is only available to those reserving before the end of July."

Homes on offer at Vivo include a number of high-specification properties, which feature photovoltaic roof tiles, rainwater harvesting, smart utility metering and heat ventilation recovery systems, geared towards helping buyers reduce their energy bills. The ‘Calder' homes at the development feature an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a roof terrace.

Buyers looking to purchase in Stockton will have access to a range of nature reserves along the River Tees, and have the chance to explore the nearby North York Moors National Park by bike or on foot, in addition to enjoying a range of good rail and road links. A direct service from nearby Darlington heads hourly into London's King's Cross station, while Durham Tees Airport is eight miles away. Vivo is also well located for schools and nurseries, and Durham University.

Homes at Vivo are priced from £149,950. Buyers can visit the ‘Calder' show home between 10.00am and 5.00pm from Thursday to Monday.
