Housebuilder Barratt Homes will launch its latest residential development in Southampton.
The residential development, which will feature 141 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, is expected to provide a welcome boost to the local economy by providing more than 250 new jobs, in addition to much needed new homes.
In addition to creating new jobs and a range of new homes for buyers in Southampton, Barratt's new development at Cardinal Park in Maybush will also include the creation of a dedicated play area, as well as public art.

The launch at Cardinal Park comes at a time of increased buyer confidence - particularly on the back of the popularity of Help to Buy, the government-backed scheme to help more people buy a new home.
