Residential property developer Berkeley Homes has received detailed planning consent for for Blocks C and D of the Over Station Development (OSD) at its Royal Arsenal Riverside development.
Located over the proposed Woolwich Crossrail station, OSD will featurea total of 592 apartments over six blocks of varying heights, tenure and use.
The delivery of Crossrail is expected to act as a major catalyst for the wider regeneration of the area, helping to encourage local and sustainable development.
The PRP scheme will provide 219 homes within two blocks of 10 and 20 storeys situated within the Royal Arsenal Conservation Area and bounded by numerous listed buildings.
