Housebuilder Morris Homes has launched two new three-storey properties at its countryside Muxton development which the firm hopes will prove popular with buyers.

The Kinver and Lever, which are on sale at Morris' Regents Crescent site on Marshbrook Way, are designed across three floors. The arrival of the three-bedroom properties offers buyers a new housing choice which wasn't previously available to them at the development.

Buyers looking to purchase a Kinver or Lever home at the site can take advantage of the Government backed Help to Buy scheme. With only a 5% deposit required to purchase a new build home, buyers can get onto the property ladder at Regents Crescent with a deposit of just £10,487. The Government will then support them with a loan for up to 20 per cent of the property's value.

The three-bedroom Kinver and The Lever properties are available at Regents Crescent from£209,750 or £167,800 with Help to Buy.

Cindy Cade, regional sales director at Morris Homes, said: "The Kinver and Lever properties are a welcome addition to the range of homes available at Regents Crescent.

"The innovative three-storey design of the homes offers versatile living options for buyers whilst the new Help-to-Buy scheme provides a boost onto the property ladder by removing the stress and hassle of saving for a huge deposit, which can often delay the move into homeownership."
