Award-winning luxury housebuilder Banner Homes has given homeowners looking to move up to an exceptional new-build property even more reason to consider its exclusive Flint Hall Farm development in Newbold Pacey with the introduction of a part exchange offer. This option is open on both remaining properties of the development, located in an enviable position in rural Warwickshire.

The development only comprises three executive homes, and with ‘The Dairy' already reserved, buyers have a choice of ‘Weston Barn', priced at £1.2million, and ‘Tilford House', priced at £1.35million. Each of these homes has five/six bedrooms and is set on a spacious plot of about one acre, with planning permission for stables and a tack house.

Kelly Sharman, senior sales manager for Banner Homes Midlands explains the company's Premier Part Exchange scheme, "It is proving particularly popular with those who are looking to sell their existing property but would rather avoid the uncertainty and stress of selling their own property themselves. Our scheme works very easily. We arrange for three independent valuations to be made on your existing property and an offer will be made to you based on the information provided by the estate agents. We'll also take into account your own particular requirements and circumstances. No commitment or initial financial outlay is required so there's nothing to lose in simply exploring it as an option."

Sharman believes the benefits of the scheme eliminate some of the biggest worries about moving home: "The Premier Part Exchange scheme also allows buyers to move easily into a new Banner home without the delays and uncertainties that can be experienced when selling an existing property. Under the scheme, completion dates for the two properties will be identical, so there is no need to worry about temporary accommodation or bridging facilities."

Sarah-Jayne Hart, associate director at selling agent John Shepherd New Homes agrees: "We find that part exchange is a fantastic way of getting people moving. Often homeowners are keen to move but frustrated that they are unable to sell their house in what has been quite stagnant market conditions or simply vendors that cannot get motivated to put their property on the open market. Part Exchange is such a simple and painless way of moving as it makes everything so simple."

You can visit the show home at Flint Hall Farm from 11am to 4.00pm, Friday to Monday, or call 0845 388 8530.
