Regional housebuilder Seddon Homes is offering a helping hand to homebuyers in the north of England with a range of offers at some of its developments in the region.
In Salford, the company is promoting its Springboard shared equity scheme at Greenway at Unity Quarter. With this assistance scheme, a buyer needs just a 5% deposit and only pays 85% of the property price up front. The balancing 15% is provided as an equity loan from the housebuilder, interest-free for ten years.
Greenway at Unity Quarter is a development of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes with a generous standard specification. The Home of the Month is plot 42, the last remaining four-bedroom home at the site, which is offered complete with carpets for just £187,000 with the Springboard scheme.
In Castleford, West Yorkshire, Seddon Homes is offering all buyers reserving a new home at Silkstone, Fryston by 30th April a free iPad if they are able to exchange contracts before the end of May 2013. There's a great variety of house types and layouts on offer, from two-bedroom homes aimed at first-time buyers to spacious three- and four-bedroom family houses.
