Barratt Developments, which builds new homes schemes all over Britain under its Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Ward Homes brands, will be showcasing some of its top schemes in the South East of England at this weekend's Property Investor Show at ExCeL in London.
A number of the company's schemes across the region have already proved popular with those looking for a buy-to-let property and the developer will be hoping to entice more people to add to their portfolios with apartments and houses from these developments. The show takes place on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th April.

The developer will also be offering a number of show homes at other developments in the region that can be purchased on a Sale and Leaseback basis, allowing the owner to receive a guaranteed income from the company for the period it uses the property as a show home.
