Having already attracted a wide range of buyers, there are now just six new homes remaining for sale at Charles Church's Crystal Mead development in Stourbridge, which means that prospective purchasers need to be quick if they want to secure a property within the development.

Located in the village setting of Wordsley, Crystal Mead has traditionally designed three- and four-bedroom properties remaining, all finished to the Charles Church's traditional standard. Prices at Crystal Mead start from £209,995.

Charles Church South Midland's sales director, Alison Reading, said: "Crystal Mead is another example of Charles Church's long-standing reputation for creating luxurious quality homes in sought-after locations.

"The properties all demonstrate our commitment to well-planned living space and superior fixtures and fittings, and should be seen to fully appreciate this fine development.

"The four-bedroom detached Lanark, one of our remaining properties for sale, is the ideal house for a couple who love to entertain, with lots of space for a sociable feeling, or wonderful for a growing family."

There are also a range of schemes available to help buyers acquire a home at Crystal Mead, including the government Help to Buy scheme, the NewBuy mortgage scheme and Part Exchange for those who have a home to sell.

Reading added: "We only have six properties left at this stunning development so house-hunters who want to secure their dream home need to act quickly."
