Special part exchange offer from CALA Homes in Dalkeith this weekend

Homeowners looking to upgrade to a brand new home in Dalkeith, Midlothian have just one weekend to take advantage of a special offer at CALA Homes' The Glade. On 20th and 21st April, the current What House? Housebuilder of the Year is offering a 100% Part Exchange on all available homes at the development in Ironmills.

The part exchange offer means that homeowners will be able to offset the full amount of an independent valuation of their current property against one of the new homes at The Glade. To guide buyers through the process, CALA has invited an independent estate agent and mortgage advisor to the development at the event, from 12noon to 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

One lucky buyer could also benefit from another special offer on the development's Home of the Month. Plot 2 is a five-bedroom ‘Crichton', which offers 1,810 sq ft of accommodation. A discount of £15,000 reduces the price of this home to £415,000, with flooring and turf included in the price.
