Affordable housing provider Thames Valley Housing Association is offering this purchase scheme at Crescent Place, Jennett's Park in Bracknell, Berkshire where 35 homes are now available from under £80,000.
The shared ownership scheme allows buyers to acquire the proportion of a new home that they can afford while paying a subsidised rent on the remainder. At Jennett's Park, this means that a buyer can purchase a 35% minimum share of a two-bedroom home with a market value of £225,000 for £79,625. Thames Valley Housing Association is selling the properties on behalf of landlord Bracknell Forest Homes. Buyers must satisfy the buying criteria and priority is given to people currently living in the Bracknell Forest district.
