House-hunters in Berkshire are urged to make a beeline for a brand new scheme from Charles Church Developments this weekend. The developer is launching The Chestnuts on Saturday 16th February, a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in Woosehill on the outskirts of Wokingham.
As a special offer, the first five reservations at The Chestnuts will receive a voucher from Charles Church Developments for £1,000, which can be spent on furnishings for the new property.
Tracey Lee, sales director for Charles Church Southern, says: "Buying off-plan is ideal because house-hunters can secure their preferred property and location within the development. Reserving at this stage also means customers can choose from a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories. The additional £1,000 will help make our new residents' move easier whether it be helping first-time buyers kit out their home or enabling people further up the property ladder to update their furnishings.
Buyers will have a choice of two-bedroom coach houses and three- and four-bedroom family homes at The Chestnuts and the launch will be the first chance to see details of the scheme, including floorplans and prices. NewBuy and FirstBuy schemes are both available at the development and for those with a property to sell, the event is also a chance to speak to the Charles Church team about a part exchange deal.
A show home is set to be completed later in the spring, which will demonstrate the exterior architecture and interior specification to would-be buyers.
Lee adds: "The development has been designed with a combination of recon stone, brick and render to complement the local area which boasts an impressive array of attractions, shops and amenities, providing something for all the family."
Wokingham scores highly in quality-of-life surveys and is well located in the Thames Valley with access to London, Reading and many other destinations in the South West and Wales.
