In a further show of its support for the residential property sector, Zoopla Property Group has today announced that it has signed a long term deal to become the headline sponsor of the What House? Awards.
The What House? Awards, now in its 32nd year, is the leading event in the housebuilding calendar and recognized as the Oscars of the new homes industry. In a highly competitive sector, a What House? Award is considered the ultimate symbol of prestige and excellence, giving winners a sales and marketing edge over their competitors.
This year's awards ceremony will once again take place over a gala lunch at the prestigious Grosvenor House hotel on London's Park Lane on Friday 15th November 2013, when some 1,500 house builders, developers, housing associations and suppliers will gather to see the best new homes in Britain rewarded across 21 categories.
This sponsorship deal is the latest of a number of industry sponsorships by Zoopla Property Group who also sponsor many of the other key industry awards including The Negotiator Awards, The ESTAs, The Estate Agency of the Year Awards and The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.
Entries for the What House? Awards will open from April and the deadline for submissions is Monday 15th July.

The What House? Awards are organized by Globespan media, publishers of specialist new homes portal Whathouse.co.uk and Show House magazine, a leading trade title for the housebuilding industry.
