Residential property developer Morris Homes has launched a new phase of new homes at its latest development in Oldbury which are being aimed primarily at families looking to move up the property ladder.
The Forge, Morris Homes' sought-after new scheme on Brades Rise, features a mix of traditionally designed three- and four-bedroom mews and detached properties. Prices start from £174,750, with fitted carpets included in selected properties.
Cindy Cade, regional sales director at Morris, said: "Properties at The Forge are exemplary of the high design and build standards seen across our portfolio, and it's great to see that buyers are happy with their new home and are settled at this popular development."
The new homes are available to buy using the housebuilder's Morris' 105% Part Exchange scheme until the end of this month. The helpful initiative sees the developer purchase a buyer's current house for 100% of its market value, plus an additional 5%, removing the risk of getting stuck in an unreliable property chain.
Cade added: "Househunters that have identified their dream family home at The Forge but that are struggling to sell their property can benefit from our 105% Part Exchange scheme, which makes moving a simpler process.
"The development is ideally located within a short drive of Oldbury and its great mix of shops and essential amenities, and offers residents an easy commute into Birmingham."
