With its mix of three- and four-bedroom property types, Arncott Fields in north Oxfordshire, just unveiled by Bloor Homes, is aimed primarily at family buyers, with a choice at present of six house types to choose from. The development, located just south of Bicester, will eventually comprise 48 homes.

Prices currently start at £249,950, rising to £360,000. The village of Arncott is an ideal place to bring up a family, with good local amenities, a range of schools in neighbouring villages and within easy reach of a wealth of leisure facilities and countryside from Bicester to Oxford.

Proximity to the M40 makes it the great base from which to commute to a range of important commercial centres including London, Banbury and Birmingham. It's under an hour by rail from Bicester station to London Marylebone.

The entry-level property at Arncott Fields is the ‘Oxbridge' townhouse priced at £249,950, which provides a living room, kitchen/dining room, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom suite that occupies the whole of the first floor and includes an en suite and fitted wardrobes, and a bath room and two double bedrooms on the top floor.

A larger home in the range is the ‘Hamilton', a more traditional two-storey design priced at £309,950. This also has a kitchen/dinign room with separate utility room, and a living room at the rear that opens out to the garden. The master bedroom also has en suite and fitted wardrobes and there are three more bedrooms along with a family bathroom.

Prospective purchasers can visit Arncott Fields seven days a week, from 10.00am to 5.00pm, or call 01869 876031 to learn more about the available properties and assistance schemes such as NewBuy.
