Frogmore, in partnership with Galliard Homes, C J O'Shea Group and LBS Properties, will develop a wide selection of prime new homes in London after acquiring the second phase of the Baltimore Wharf development in London's Docklands.

Previously owned by The Ballymore Group, the entire development consists of 6.33 acres and 1,111 new homes.

The second phase features a 46-storey residential tower, whose distinctive twist design will make it an eye catching new addition to the Docklands area and will create 330 new homes for sale.

Phase two will also see the development of a 28-storey hotel and serviced apartments tower alongside a separate 17-storey building consisting affordable housing units, as well as ground floor retail units.

Paul White of Frogmore commented: ‘We are delighted to have made this acquisition for what is a prime, oven ready consented development scheme with a proven sales record in one of the most sought after areas of London."

Stephen Conway added: ‘We are delighted to successfully acquire another residential development in this prime central London location with JV partners who we have worked with before."

Phase one contains 690 flats and has been completed by The Ballymore Group.
