House-hunters in the Wolverhampton area will have another development to consider from this weekend when David Wilson Homes unveils Brockstone on Saturday 17th November. The gated development in Penn, to the southwest of the city, will be an exclusive address comprising just eight individually designed four- and five-bedroom homes.
"We're delighted to announce our Brockstone development is launching this weekend," says Alastair Parsons, senior sales manager for David Wilson Mercia. "There will be plenty for visitors to see as the marketing suite as well as a five-bedroom ‘Mullen' style show home will be open. We will also have champagne and canapés for our visitors to enjoy during the weekend."
The development will take shape on the former site of a care home and will be set within a mature woodland setting. The housebuilder has taken great care to retain and enhance the habitat of existing wildlife, which includes bats, owls and badgers. It is the latter that lend their name to the new scheme. In addition to this natural bounty, David Wilson Homes will also be incorporating a piece of public art into the development.
Penn is just a couple of miles from the centre of Wolverhampton, combining good local amenities with proximity to all the shops and entertainment options provided there. Good schooling is on hand, as are plenty of open spaces, including a golf club, and there is some lovely Staffordshire countryside not far away. The area has good local road connection and is within easy reach of the M5, M6 and M54.
Alastair Parsons adds: "We're looking forward to welcoming visitors to Brockstone this weekend and showing them round the show home and marketing suite. Our sales advisers will be on hand to answer any questions and to tell everyone about this exciting new development. We urge visitors to register their interest as soon as possible as there are only eight houses available at Brockstone and we will be selling them on a first come, first served basis."
