Hill Residential, the private development arm of the Hill Group of Companies, will launch a major new homes development on the 4th and 5th August, in what will be the first of a series of residential schemes as part of the £850m CB1 regeneration project in Cambridge.

The project will deliver 150 new homes in four distinctive brand new buildings, designed by award winning London architects PTEa, with prices starting at £234,950 for a one bedroom apartment and £324,950 for a two bedroom apartment. The sales suite at Ceres will be open daily from 10am to 5:30pm from the 4th August. The first homes will be completed in the second quarter of 2013.

A further 19 bespoke one- and two-bedroom apartments will be built in the sensitively restored Foster's Mill building.

Every apartment is fitted with a custom built kitchen with Siemens appliances, bathrooms with Ideal Standard Concept sanitary ware and underfloor heating throughout. Basement car parking spaces are available for purchase with selected apartments and cycle storage space is provided at ground and basement levels.

Tony Woodman, sales director at Hill Residential, comments: "The launch of Ceres marks the beginning of this much anticipated scheme which will breathe new life into an iconic landmark, Foster's Mill. By blending the old with the new we have created a vibrant community which will provide much needed new housing for Cambridge, while also creating an attractive new gateway into the city for everyone to enjoy."
