A collection of 462 new homes will be officially launched in east London this week, offering homebuyers an opportunity to snap up a property off-plan.
Located in Stepney Green, E1, VIVO, which is being developed by East Thames Group and First Basem, will feature a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Designed by Levitt Bernstein, prices for the sought-after apartments start from £240,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £320,000 for a two-bedroom, and £395,000 for a three-bedroom unit. Shared ownership options are also available.
The show apartment is now open for viewings, offering prospective homebuyers a taste of what life would be like living in VIVO, with the first batch of new homes scheduled for completion in mid-2013.
Barry Jessup, sales and marketing director at First Base, commented: "The VIVO show home and Stepney Green Design Collection demonstrate the vibrancy of our neighbourhood - from up-and-coming artists to leading designers, Stepney Green is right in the buzzing heart of east London."
The apartments offer an array of amenities, including large picture windows to capture and draw in light, as well as top-of-the-range fixtures and fittings such as Bosch appliances and reconstituted stone worktops, underfloor heating and the latest in sustainable and secure living features.
Matt Leitch, director, Savills, said: "Just ten minutes from trendy Shoreditch for play - and a quick tube ride from Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf for work - VIVO is the ideal pied a terre for busy professionals. As well as a central location, homes benefit from private balconies, under-floor heating and sheltered courtyards, making it the ideal city pad."
