Site manager Danny Tunstall is the toast of Lioncourt Homes, having won a prestigious National Pride in the Job Quality Award from the NHBC in recognition of his outstanding work on all the homes on The Brambles development in Wellington, Telford.
These annual awards from the new homes warranty provider are presented to homebuilders who develop the highest quality new homes across the UK. The NHBC inspectors judge developments over a 12-month period for criteria including site organisation, quality control, technical ability and professionalism, all elements of the build that are under the jurisdiction of the site manager.
Lioncourt Homes chief executive, Colin Cole, says: "We are delighted that Danny has won this award. Tunstall was up against approximately 13,000 site managers for the award, of which only 3% were successful. The development can now proudly fly a Pride in the Job flag, giving new homebuyers the reassurance that it is an award-winning site with some of the best homes in the UK today.
