The recent unveiling of the luxury show home open at Lovell's Cwrt William Jones - a stylish gated development close to St James Square in the historic centre of Monmouth in South Wales - has resulted in half of the ten mews houses in the scheme being snapped up off-plan.
The launch of the two-bedroom show home has enabled home hunters to witness the development's build quality and attention to detail, as well as get a better idea of what it would be like to actually live in the development.
The new show home - the ‘Monnow Mews' two-bedroom house style - has been professionally styled by interior design specialists DAPA. The ground-floor accommodation features a spacious living room and kitchen/dining room with French windows leading to the garden while upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite and the second bedroom and bathroom. As well as underfloor heating on the lower floor, the new homes have been designed to be economical with the boiler fitted with a gas saver for reduced running costs.
The new homes at Cwrt William Jones, which start from £220,000, are arranged in a gated courtyard and incorporate features such as wooden sash windows and a highly attractive, traditional design. Lovell worked closely with the local planning authority and conservation officer in the selection of the building materials used in the development.
The development is a highly successful blend of traditional style and cutting-edge modern comfort, according to Lovell regional sales manager Kate Rees, who says: "Cwrt William Jones offers the conveniences of a luxurious, modern home with underfloor heating on the ground floor, kitchens with top-quality Bosch appliances, private parking and all the seclusion and security afforded by a gated development."
