Kier Homes - Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February - Launch of the first phase of new homes at The Riverside in Little Paxton, Cambridgeshire. Prices start at £117,995 for this collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom houses. Free carpet and curtains and legal fees paid for reservations over the launch weekend.

Taylor Wimpey - Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February - Launch of Manor Rise in Tidworth, Wiltshire. Two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will be available, with the option of purchasing with the Help to Buy scheme.
London
St Edward - Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February - Launch weekend of Clement Court, the new phase of apartments and penthouses at the award-winning Stanmore Place development in north London. Price for a two-bedroom property start at £395,000.
North East
Persimmon Homes - Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February - Help to Buy Weekend at The Grange in Bowburn on Teesside. As well as a chance to discuss the government-backed scheme with the Persimmon team, buyers making a reservation at the event can also reserve for £99 and receive £500 towards carpets and a platinum Finishing Touches package worth £2,350.

David Wilson Homes - Friday 31 January, from 2.00pm to 8.00pm - Launch event for the Fallowfields development in Crick, Northamptonshire taking place at the Crick Holiday Inn. Enjoy bubbly and nibbles while you find out about the village scheme of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
David Wilson Homes - Saturday 1 February, from 1.00pm to 6.00pm - Launch event for Middleton Leys, a new development located in the Northamptonshire village of Middleton Cheney. Enjoy bubbly and nibbles at the event in the Banbury Holiday Inn Express on Ermont Way and find out about the new three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
Miller Homes - Thursday 30 January, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm - Open Night Viewing for Investors at Miller Central in Northfield, where anyone interested in adding to their buy-to-let portfolio can check out the range of two-bedroom apartments priced from £108,000.
Scotland
David Wilson Homes - Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February - Launch weekend for the new show home at Fairmilehead in Edinburgh. The four-bedroom ‘Balmore' is the second show home at the development, with a diverse range of properties for sale.
Taylor Wimpey - Sunday 2 February, from 12noon to 4.00pm - Help to Buy event at Ochil Gardens in Alloa, where an independent financial adviser joins the TW team to speak to prospective buyers about the Help to Buy (Scotland) assistance scheme. Prices at the development range from £121,000 to £238,000.
The Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show - The show for self-builders, home renovators and improvers takes place at the SECC in Glasgow on 17-18 May.
South East
Millgate - Saturday 1 February - Launch of Trevereux Hill in Oxted, Surrey, a collection of traditional homes, luxury apartments and one contemporary luxury residence with outstanding hilltop views of the surrounding countryside. Penthouses start at £950,000 and country homes start at £3.5m.
Taylor Wimpey - Saturday 1 February, from 11.00am to 3.00pm - Alice in Wonderland-themed launch of the show homes at Bracken Park in Bracknell, Berkshire. The three-bedroom 'Eversley' and four-bedroom ‘Windsor' exemplify the range of properties available from £345,000.
Redrow Homes - Saturday 1 February - Help to Buy event at St Andrews Park in Halling, Kent, with the Redrow team being joined by an independent financial adviser to explain the purchase assistance scheme. Two-bedroom apartments are priceed from £179,995 at the scheme, or £143,996 up front with Help to Buy.

Berkeley East - Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 February - Launch weekend for more phases at the Marine Wharf development in Surrey Quays. Cleveley Court and Baroque Gardens both offer a range of apartments (from £337,500) while Mary Rose Square provides a collection of townhouses (from £915,000).

Linden Homes - Registration is now open a few weeks before the launch of Harvest Meadow, a brand new development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in the Bedfordshire village of Dunton, near Biggleswade.
