Gilsland Grange is a CALA Homes development of four- and five-bedroom detached family properties in the charming seaside town of North Berwick. Only five homes currently remain available at the popular site, with prices ranging from £530,000 to £580,000. The ‘Lewis' house type has been perfectly designed for large family lifestyles. The dining room sits to the front of the house while the formal lounge and open-plan kitchen and family area look out to the rear of the property. A utility room, downstairs WC and integral garage complete the ground floor. Upstairs two of the five bedrooms boast en suite facilities and there is also a family bathroom and ample storage space.

A collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes is offered at David Wilson's Prestonfields development in Prestonpans. Prices start from £138,995 for a first floor apartment comprising a sitting room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also an allocated parking space. Alternatively, the ‘Avon' is a four-bedroom detached villa set over three storeys. This new home in East Lothian costs £216,995 and includes a lounge and a kitchen/dining area with doors to the rear garden. The first floor features three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite, and the family bathroom while the top level comprises the master bedroom with en suite.

Situated in the coastal town of Dunbar, Taylor Wimpey's Gospatrick Grange development offers a total of 10 different house types in a choice of two-, three- or four-bedroom styles. For example, the ‘Balfour' is an end-terrace home priced from £162,000. Features include a living/dining room with French doors to the private garden, separate kitchen, cloakroom, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The scheme has been thoughtfully laid out for families with toddler and junior play areas being incorporated alongside open public spaces.

Ogilvie Homes' Dovecoate Steadings is a development that has something to suit everyone. The housebuilder is soon to release a collection of one- and two-bedroom properties onto the market but in the meantime potential buyers will find a range of three- and four-bedroom homes available. Four-bedroom properties here are priced from £317,000 and benefits include a spacious living room with a semi open-plan kitchen, a utility room, cloakroom, downstairs WC and an en suite to the master bedroom.
