House-hunters with a property to sell who hope to find a property on a new-build development in West Sussex should head for Redrow's Kings Acre site in Crawley Down this weekend, 4th and 5th August 2012, where the housebuilder is hosting a Part Exchange event. There, homebuyers can find out how Redrow Homes can buy their existing property if they choose to purchase a new home at the development.
Kerry Jenkins, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern), explains: "For those with a property to sell, part exchange could take away the hassle of having to find a buyer. Effectively Redrow will act as cash buyer for a customer's existing property. It means they won't have to worry about being stuck in a chain and there are no estate agent's fees to pay."
Kings Acre offers 56 three- and four-bedroom houses for sale in the village of Crawley Down, just a mile from the Surrey border, on a site that will retain a number of mature trees and hedgerows, open spaces and woodland. Prices range from £325,000 to £500,000. All the properties are part of the company's New Heritage Collection of house types, the first time this acclaimed range of homes has been made available in West Sussex.
Kerry adds: "Each property has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind, with convivial open-plan layouts, generous-sized rooms and plenty of storage space. We'd urge those in the market for a new home to take a look early so they have their pick of the available plots."
If you can't make the event, the Kings Acre development is open daily from 10.00am to 5.30pm, providing prospective purchasers with an opportunity to speak to the Redrow team about these new homes in West Sussex and to take a look around the professionally designed ‘Cambridge' show home. This four-bedroom detached home has an appealing kitchen/family room at the rear, utility room, separate lounge with feature bay window, three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and family bathroom. Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes as standard and the master bedroom also has an en suite shower room.
Crawley Down will be a popular option for commuters, with frequent rail services to London from East Grinstead and Three Bridges and excellent connections to the road network via the M23, M25 and A22 within a few miles. Gatwick Airport is also only seven miles away, offering access to a huge array of destinations for business or pleasure.
