Charles Church's housing development near Blackwood, Caerphilly in South Wales has only six homes remaining for sale after 21 of the 27 have been snapped up. The Nant y Coed development offers a choice of three- and four- bedroom homes.
The show home, the ‘Pendine' house type, has also been released for sale with Charles Church expecting demand to be high for this fully decorated property. The show home is a spacious four- bedroom home set over three storeys.

The Help You Buy scheme is available until the end of 2013.
